CS is not only made of political activists. Consumer organizations, 
Education instituations, ONGs, religions, etc. are part of it. The 
Dalaï-Lama or the Pope are permanent stakeholders reps who most 
probably carry as much expertise in humanity and end users' 
expectations as any experts of the Sao Paulo committees. They 
certainly are reminders of wheignt of a missing preoccupation in the 
IG debate: human and technical ethics.
