The ISOC strategy seems consistent enough.

1. crafting the a market oriented modern standardization paradigm 
with the US based organization in the lead.
2. support of ICANN in Montevideo.
3. crafting the ICANN/ISOC governance paradigm with the US industry 
in the lead supported by the BRICS.

Good synergy to consolidate the status-quo with new words.

Bravio! Too bad it cannot work ... The world is not an equal foot 
cooperation coordinated from the USA.
