Could you perhaps further explain on what you mean here.... as i think IETF
will do its part by attempting to turn discussion from truely
multistakeholder platforms into technical implementation through her
creation of RFCs by interested individuals/team. (this does not necessarily
mean they must, however the hope is that those who are involved in both
platforms will be encouraged to do so). So my point is that everybody has a
role to play and it does not necessarily lie on one side than the other.

I beg to disagree on this. Infact if your comment above is the case then
perhaps there won't be need for /1Net in the first place, because all what
has been discussed on this list are not entirely technical.
