May be that Global Multistakeholder entity will be the IETF or I... to help
strengthen security, privacy and trust on the Internet.

Could you perhaps further explain on what you mean here.... as i think IETF will do its part by attempting to turn discussion from truely multistakeholder platforms into technical implementation through her creation of RFCs by interested individuals/team. (this does not necessarily mean they must, however the hope is that those who are involved in both platforms will be encouraged to do so). So my point is that everybody has a role to play and it does not necessarily lie on one side than the other.

The Internet Governance is mainly a technical thing, let's leave the
technical community takes care of it with the full participation and inputs
of others stakeholders.

I beg to disagree on this. Infact if your comment above is the case then perhaps there won't be need for /1Net in the first place, because all what has been discussed on this list are not entirely technical.

I disagree as well. In this discussion it is very important to dissociate
the USG/NTIA by role in the performance of IANA function by ICANN and the
issue related to mass surveillance. The two are not technically linked and
should be addressed separately.
