Please, Michel, be as so kind as not to speak neither for France nor for
French language. It would encourage disdainful words as "the Francophones".
Thanks to all to be very prudent with amalgams. It's tempting but may
produce disasters.

The NTIA transition may not be to ICANN. It's only one option.
