   Remove InternetGovtech from this thread; I have been 
   informed by moderator that the topic is out of scope of
   that list... (ah, a moderated mailing list - so refreshing :-)

    From what I can tell, this list wishes to focus on management 
    of this particular VGNIC, so in that scope there is no need to 
    use terminology external.
