Hi,

I won't be signing it. Given that 5 years is about 20 times the normal
timescale for investment in the Internet, I don't see how a renewable
5-year mandate is a problem. I do see an open-ended mandate as a problem,
for the reason I gave yesterday (the risk of careerism).
