[discuss] Time to be more precise about Internet Governance

I won't play the whistle blower role but I can assure that while you were employed by ICANN, not meaning that you were directly involved or ICANN "fixed" any elections, but it happen in a particular RALO because I witnessed first hand conversations on the back channels about how to get the necessary votes to get certain individuals elected.

And the processes and machinery you say are in place do not guarantee that who claims to represent for example the end users, actually do so.
