Thanks for posting the contributions in plain text.  There are a few 
points from the contributions which I'll mention:

I did not understand the meaning of 'the current structure of "houses"'.

    of individuals representing stakeholder groups from developing countries.
    Mechanisms should be implemented to ensure their effective participation
    in the different organizations, committees, and working groups of ICANN."

According to the above the current participation from developing 
countries is not considered as effective [1].
